Slightly further away are the historic towns of Cartagena (15 mins) and Murcia (40 mins).

Las Palmeras 14 is an upper villa apartment, equipped and furnished to the very highest standard and with spectacular views of the club, the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean.
It is approached via a short flight of steps from adjacent car parking. It is spacious and airy with marble floors, and is fully equipped with air-conditioning, paddle fan, central heating and 2 oil filled radiators. The large terrace off the lounge has a built in BBQ and the master bedroom also benefits from a private balcony, both of which have splendid views towards the Mar Menor. In addition, the apartment has a large roof terrace exclusive for our guests. Guests have the use of a lovely private pool, located 1 minute walk away through the delightful garden.
Master Bedroom - 1 king size bed and 2 bedside cabinets, 1 chest of drawers, 2 large built-in wardrobes (one with safe), mirror, hairdryer, 2 rugs, door to en-suite bathroom and double doors to private balcony.

3rd bedroom / Study area. This is a mezzanine above the dining area. This delightful space is equipped with a stairgate, foldaway bed , small chest of drawers, table, Hi-Fi and table lamp. It can be used as a bedroom and has a maximum height of 5 ft (1.5m) so is an ideal extra area for children to play or sleep.
En-suite bathroom - large, luxurious, marble tiled bathroom with 2 wash basins, bath with shower, bidet, w.c, and separate walk-in shower. Subtle lighting, heated towel rail and roof light.

Linen & Towels: The rental includes white cotton linen and towels (changed weekly) and pool towels. Additional linen and towel changes can be arranged at extra cost if required. Blankets are provided for the warmer months, duvets are available for winter.
Welcome Pack: A comprehensive welcome pack is provided for all guests so that you can immediately relax upon arrival at the apartment.
Suitability: The apartment is ideal for all ages including children, and the elderly due to the immediate proximity of car parking. Pets are not allowed. Guests are asked to restrict smoking to the balconies and roof terrace.
