Terms and Conditions:

Lettings are normally from Saturday 16.00 to Saturday 10.00 although in mid and low season shorter periods may be available. If a booking straddles two different price periods, the cost will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, depending on the number of days in each period. The prices shown are for the accommodation per week and not per person. 25% of the total rental is payable on booking, the balance to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. With the final payment we ask you to send a £100 refundable deposit against breakages. This will be refunded to you, assuming all is well, on your return home.

The apartment is offered for holiday rental subject to confirmation by Rob and Jane Giorgi (the owners) to you (the client). To reserve the property you should complete and sign the booking form and return it together with the non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rent due. Following receipt of the booking form, and bank clearance of the deposit, you will receive confirmation of the booking.

If payment of the balance is not received by the due date, we the owners reserve the right to give notice in writing that the reservation is cancelled. The client will remain liable to pay the balance of the rent unless we are able to re-let the property. For this reason we recommend that you take out travel insurance including cancellation cover.

In case of damage to the property or its contents, appropriate amounts will be deducted from the damages deposit, the balance of which will be returned within two weeks after the rental period. Please note that our insurance does not cover loss or theft of the client's personal belongings.
